By engaging Sadik & Co Joinery ("we", "us", "our") to carry out work, you ("the client") agree to these terms and conditions.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time. Any changes to the scope of work may result in revised costs, which will be agreed with you in advance.
A deposit may be required before work begins, typically 25–50% of the total quoted price. The deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels after materials have been ordered or work has commenced.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, cash, and other agreed methods. Invoices not paid within 14 days may incur a late payment charge.
Where we supply materials, we will source quality materials suitable for the job. Any materials not used remain the property of Sadik & Co Joinery unless included in the quoted price.
We take pride in the quality of our work. Any defects or issues arising from our workmanship should be reported within 14 days of completion. We will rectify any genuine workmanship issues at no additional cost.
The client must ensure clear and safe access to the work area. Any delays caused by the client (e.g. late delivery of client-supplied materials, inaccessible site) may result in additional charges.
Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, structural issues not caused by our work, or any consequential losses. We carry public liability insurance.
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Late cancellations may be charged for time already allocated and materials ordered.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
